For over forty years as a general contractor, I have been helping my customers maximize their insurance claim reimbursements. If you have ever suffered a loss due to flood, storms, wind, hail, water leaks, or fire, you have likely filed an insurance claim. If you haven’t, count yourself as blessed. Unfortunately, since we live in Texas, your day may be coming sooner than you think. And I am here to help.
I have been in the remodeling and construction business in Texas for many years. I am a retired firefighter, father, grandfather, and seasoned professional in the remodeling industry. I have helped many of my clients get much more from their insurance company, often times, double, and even triple their original adjustment figure, simply by understanding the dynamics and destructive capabilities of Texas weather, or other disasters, and the expansive scope of damage that they can cause, both obvious and hidden.
Although I have been approached multiple times, I have never worked as a “preferred contractor” for any insurance company. My focus has always been, first and foremost, to be my client’s advocate in any insurance claim. The big insurance companies have had no problem collecting your insurance premiums for years, but when it comes to paying you for damages that your home received in a Texas storm, they want to pay out as little as possible. Can’t blame them, it is really, just business I guess, but it is not right, and it is not fair, and it is NOT what you have been paying for.
CIA4U.com was conceived of a desire to help people and protect their assets by performing an in-depth analysis of their claim and finding the scope of work that was omitted or overlooked by the original insurance company adjuster. We know what we are looking for and will leave no baseboard unturned in our pursuit of thoroughness. We will work hand in hand with your insurance company and their adjuster to come to a satisfactory agreement on scope of work and cost, that benefits the customer… not the insurance company.
